5- Liquorice

Liquorice is a very powerful herb for the stomach. All sorts of studies show that this herb is a anti-inflammatory product. It is so strong that it has shown that it can help out with ulcers. This herb is very easy for you to take. Add some of that powder to your tea for a refreshing beverage. You do have to be careful that you don’t take to much. You can expect some side effects.
