Any home remedies for acid reflux?

Author: I am under a doctors care for acid reflux, but the pills are not helping me and i try them all. can anybody help me with a home remedies?
Recipe:
2 Tablespoons of (ACV) Apple cider vinegar in water, 3x a day. Take a stronger concoction (more vinegar, less water) directly after a heavy meal if you are treating acid reflux.
